Single Riders is committed to user safety and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any behavior that exploits, abuses, endangers, or sexualizes minors.
These standards apply to Single Riders, including our mobile apps, services, user profiles, messages, reports, and any other user-generated content or interactions available through the app.
Single Riders is intended for adults. Users must meet the minimum age required by the app and applicable law to create an account or use the service.
Accounts that appear to belong to minors may be restricted, suspended, or removed.
Single Riders strictly prohibits:
Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Any attempt to share, request, distribute, promote, or create CSAM
Grooming or attempting to build trust with a minor for sexual exploitation
Sextortion, blackmail, coercion, or threats involving intimate content
Sexualization of minors in any form
Trafficking, solicitation, or exploitation of a child
Attempts to move conversations off-platform for the purpose of exploiting, abusing, or endangering a minor
Any content or behavior that facilitates, encourages, or normalizes child sexual abuse or exploitation
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, account termination, preservation of relevant information where legally appropriate, and reports to law enforcement or relevant child-safety authorities.
Users can report safety concerns in the Single Riders app using the available report tools.
Reports may include concerns about profiles, messages, behavior, suspected minors, harassment, exploitation, or other unsafe conduct.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.
Single Riders may review reports, user content, account information, and related activity to investigate potential violations of these standards.
When we become aware of content or behavior involving CSAE or CSAM, we take appropriate action, which may include removing content, disabling accounts, preserving information where legally appropriate, and reporting confirmed CSAM or child exploitation concerns to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or the relevant regional authority.
Single Riders works to comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including requirements for addressing and reporting child sexual abuse material and child sexual exploitation.
We may update these standards as our app, safety tools, legal obligations, and platform requirements evolve.
