Delete Your Single Riders Account

If you want to delete your Single Riders account, you can do so directly in the app.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the Single Riders app.

2. Sign in to your account.

3. Go to Settings.

4. Select Delete Account.

5. Follow the confirmation steps to complete deletion.

What happens when you delete your account

• When your account deletion request is completed, your Single Riders account, profile information, photos, and other account-related content will be deleted or de-identified.

• Some limited data may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, or compliance purposes. This may include safety reports, moderation records, audit logs, and other records related to policy enforcement or account security.

• Retained data is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and then deleted or de-identified in accordance with our retention practices.

• If no retention is required, deletion is processed as part of the account deletion workflow.
