Welcome to Single Riders.

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Single Riders mobile application, website, and related services. By creating an account, accessing the app, or using Single Riders, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Single Riders.

1. About Single Riders

Single Riders is a companion-first social app for theme park fans, and people with shared interests.

Single Riders is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any theme park, entertainment company, intellectual property owner, or rights holder. All trademarks, names, logos, characters, and brands belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Single Riders.

By using Single Riders, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old.

You can legally enter into these Terms.

You will provide accurate account information.

You will use the service for lawful purposes only.

You are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law.

Single Riders may suspend or remove accounts if we believe a user is under 18 or has provided false eligibility information.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You agree to:

Use accurate information when creating your account.

Keep your login credentials confidential.

Not share your account with another person.

Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Keep your profile information reasonably accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Profiles and Content

Single Riders may allow you to upload, post, display, or send content, including photos, profile details, bios, interests, preferences, messages, reports, and other information.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Single Riders a limited license to use, host, store, display, reproduce, modify, and process that content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and provide the service.

You agree not to upload, post, send, or share content that:

Is false, misleading, or deceptive.

Impersonates another person.

Contains nudity, sexual content involving minors, or exploitative content.

Harasses, threatens, abuses, or targets another person.

Promotes hate, violence, discrimination, or self-harm.

Contains spam, scams, phishing, malware, or fraudulent activity.

Violates another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

Contains illegal content or encourages illegal activity.

Includes private contact information for another person without permission.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or our community expectations.

5. User Interactions

Single Riders helps users discover and connect with other users, but we do not guarantee matches, relationships, friendships, dates, compatibility, or outcomes.

You are responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and offline.

Use good judgment when communicating with or meeting other users. Meet in public places, tell someone you trust where you are going, and do not share sensitive personal or financial information with people you do not know.

Single Riders does not conduct full background checks on all users unless we specifically state otherwise. We do not guarantee that users are who they claim to be.

6. Safety, Reporting, and Blocking

Single Riders may provide tools to report or block users. Reports may be reviewed and used for moderation, safety, legal, or support purposes.

You agree not to misuse reporting or blocking tools.

We may investigate reports and take action at our discretion, including warning users, limiting features, removing content, suspending accounts, banning users, or contacting authorities when appropriate.

If you are in immediate danger or there is an emergency, contact local emergency services first. Single Riders is not an emergency service.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use Single Riders for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or exploit another person.

Create fake accounts or impersonate another person.

Use the app to solicit money, gifts, financial information, passwords, or sensitive personal data.

Post or send spam, promotional messages, scams, or unauthorized advertising.

Scrape, copy, harvest, or collect user data.

Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, attack, or interfere with the app, website, servers, or systems.

Upload malware or harmful code.

Use bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized third-party tools.

Attempt to bypass security, moderation, access controls, or account restrictions.

Sell, transfer, or assign your account.

Use Single Riders in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time if we believe:

You violated these Terms.

Your activity creates risk for Single Riders, other users, or the public.

Your account is fraudulent, abusive, unsafe, or unlawful.

We are required to do so by law or platform policy.

Continued access could harm the service or other users.

We may also remove or limit content at our discretion.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account from inside the app where account deletion is available.

When you delete your account, Single Riders will remove or deactivate your profile and handle related records according to our account deletion process and Privacy Policy.

Some information may be retained where legally required, for legitimate safety, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, moderation, backup, or compliance purposes.

10. Privacy

Your use of Single Riders is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Subscriptions, Paid Features, and Purchases

Single Riders may offer paid features, subscriptions, boosts, premium access, or other purchases in the future.

If paid features are offered, pricing, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund rules will be presented at the time of purchase.

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play may be managed by those platforms and subject to their payment and refund policies.

Unless otherwise required by law or platform policy, payments may be non-refundable.

12. Intellectual Property

Single Riders, including our name, logos, designs, software, features, text, graphics, interfaces, and other materials, is owned by Single Riders or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Single Riders or its content unless we give you written permission.

You may not use the Single Riders name, branding, or materials in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

Single Riders may link to third-party websites, services, app stores, payment providers, analytics tools, authentication providers, or other resources.

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Beta Features and Availability

Single Riders may release beta, test, experimental, or limited-access features.

Beta features may be incomplete, unstable, unavailable, or changed at any time. We may modify, pause, or remove features without notice.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

15. Disclaimers

Single Riders is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that:

You will find matches, dates, friends, relationships, or specific outcomes.

User content will be accurate or truthful.

The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The service will meet every user expectation.

Other users will behave safely, honestly, or lawfully.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Single Riders and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, personal injury, emotional distress, or damages related to user conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the greater of:

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Single Riders and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:

Your content.

Your interactions with other users.

Your violation of these Terms.

Your violation of law.

Your violation of another person’s rights.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we may update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice when appropriate.

Your continued use of Single Riders after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
