Welcome to Single Riders Support. We are here to help with account access, app questions, safety concerns, privacy requests, and feedback.

Please do not send passwords, verification codes, payment card details, government ID, or other highly sensitive information by email.

Account Help

If you are having trouble signing in, creating an account, verifying your email, completing onboarding, or updating your profile, contact us at singleridersofficial@single-riders.com.

Single Riders may require email verification and age verification before social features are available. Incomplete or unverified profiles may be hidden from discovery until required steps are completed.

Safety, Reporting, and Blocking

Single Riders is designed to support respectful dating, friendship, and community connections.

If another user makes you uncomfortable, you can report or block them from supported profile, discovery, match, or message surfaces in the app.

Reports may include a selected reason and optional details. Our team reviews safety reports and may take action when appropriate.

If there is an emergency or immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Single Riders support is not an emergency service.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account from inside the app:

1. Open Single Riders.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Choose Delete Account.

4. Follow the confirmation steps.

Deleting your account removes your app profile and related app records according to our current account deletion process. After deletion, you will be signed out and your profile should no longer appear in discovery or chat contexts.

You can review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service inside the app from Settings. These explain how Single Riders handles account data, visibility, safety features, and app rules.
