Single Riders LLC operates the Single Riders mobile application.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use Single Riders.

- profile information such as first name, age or birthdate, bio, preferences, and profile details

- photos and images you choose to upload

- support or feedback messages you send to us

- reports or safety-related submissions you make in the app

We may also collect limited technical information needed to operate the app, such as device, log, and diagnostic information.

Camera Access

Single Riders may request access to your device camera so you can take profile photos or other user-initiated images inside the app.

We do not access the camera unless you choose to use a camera-related feature.

Photos or videos captured through the app may be uploaded and stored as part of your profile or account-related features.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

- create and manage your account

- provide profile, discovery, matching, chat, and safety features

- let you upload and display profile photos

- respond to support requests

- investigate reports, abuse, fraud, or policy violations

- maintain app security, stability, and performance

Sharing of Information

We may share information only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, enforce our policies, or protect users and the platform.

We do not sell your personal information.

If we use service providers, they may process data on our behalf for hosting, storage, analytics, authentication, crash reporting, customer support, or security.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain safety and security.

Certain records, such as safety reports or legal/compliance records, may be retained longer when necessary.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account from within the app and, if available, through our external account deletion page.

When you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify your personal data except where we must retain certain data for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure.

Children

Single Riders is not intended for children under 18.
