You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, transmit, sell, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any Single Riders content, software, branding, or materials without prior written permission from Single Riders LLC, except where permitted by law.

User Content

Users may upload or submit content through Single Riders, including profile photos, profile details, bios, interests, messages, reports, and other materials.

Users retain ownership of the content they submit. By submitting content to Single Riders, users grant Single Riders the rights needed to operate, display, host, process, moderate, protect, and improve the app and related services, as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content they upload or share.

Third-Party Trademarks and Content

Single Riders is built for theme park fans, fandom communities, and people with shared interests. References to parks, fandoms, entertainment properties, brands, events, characters, attractions, or related names may appear as user interests, descriptive references, or community context.

Single Riders is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any theme park, entertainment company, intellectual property owner, or rights holder.

All third-party trademarks, names, logos, characters, brands, and copyrighted materials belong to their respective owners.
